小麦条播机播种控制系统通过检测地轮的转速时匹配机组的作业速度,并将速度信号反馈给控制器,经分析转换后控制电机转速,达到控制排种速度即播种量的效果。解决了传统地轮驱动播种方式受作业速度和地形影响困扰的问题。试验表明,该播种系统环境适应性强,播种控制稳定,播量调节便捷,利于播种机的实际推广应用。
Wheat seed drill sowing control system through the detection of the speed of ground wheel matching unit operating speed, and the speed signal is fed back to the controller, after the analysis of the conversion control motor speed, to control the speed of the seed that the effect of sowing. Which solves the problems that the conventional ground-driven sowing method is bothered by the working speed and the terrain. Experiments show that the sowing system has strong environmental adaptability, stable sowing control and convenient sowing adjustment, which is benefit to the actual popularization and application of seeder.
