目的掌握驻马店市土源性线虫病感染现状和影响因素,评估防治效果,为制定防治规划提供依据。方法按照《全国人体重要寄生虫病现状调查方案》要求进行。结果土源性线虫共调查1000人,总感染率为2.8%;其中蛔虫感染率为1.5%,钩虫感染率为0.8%,鞭虫感染率为0.4%,蛲虫感染率为0.1%。结论驻马店市土源性线虫感染率较10年前显著下降,但文化程度较低者和低年龄组仍是受寄生虫感染的高危人群。蛔虫感染率较高,蛲虫相对较低。今后需进一步加强对重点人群的健康教育和驱虫防治等综合治理的力度。
Objective To understand the status quo and influencing factors of soil-borne nematode infection in Zhumadian City, evaluate the effect of prevention and treatment, and provide basis for prevention and control plan. Methods in accordance with the “National Survey of the status of major parasitic diseases program” requirements. Results A total of 1000 soil-borne nematodes were surveyed, with a total infection rate of 2.8%. The infection rate of roundworm was 1.5%, that of hookworm was 0.8%, that of whipworm was 0.4%, and that of pinworm was 0.1%. Conclusion The infection rate of soil-borne nematodes in Zhumadian City was significantly lower than that of 10 years ago, but those with lower educational level and low-age group were still at high risk of parasitic infection. Roundworm infection is higher, pinworm is relatively low. In the future, we need to further strengthen the comprehensive management of key populations such as health education and de-worming prevention and treatment.
