在卫生计生信息化建设的大格局下,辽宁省卫生计生监督工作积极探索“互联网+卫生计生监督”模式。启用手持执法终端辽宁省、市、县全部监督机构在全国率先使用执法终端开展现场执法。监督员利用手持终端可在执法现场检索出管理相对人的档案资料,制作并通过蓝牙连接打印机来打印执法文书,同时将现场执法结果即时传送到国家卫生监督信息系统生成信息报告。这一科学的执法手段,进一步规范了执法程序和行为,大大提高了执法效能。目前,辽
