从1990年至92年12月我们用硫酸锌滴眼液治疗HSk,共87例,与同期81例HSk 病人不用硫酸锌滴眼液治疗进行疗效比较,报告如下。1.一般资料:单疱病毒性角膜炎共168例,按随机抽样分成两组。治疗组87例HSk 病人中,男68例,女19例,单眼发病80例,双眼发病7例,共94只眼,年龄5～67岁,平均37岁。初发65例,复发22例。发病时间最短2天,最长20天,平均14天。对照组81例HSk病入中,男57例,女24例,单眼发病75例,双眼发病6例,共87只眼,年龄7～63岁,平均31岁。初发62例,复发19例。发病时间最短2天,最长19天,平均11天。
From 1990 to December 1992, we treated HSk with zinc sulfate eye drops, a total of 87 cases, compared with 81 cases of HSk patients without zinc sulfate eye drops for the same treatment, the report is as follows. 1. General Information: Herpes simplex keratitis 168 cases were randomly divided into two groups. Among 87 HSk patients in treatment group, there were 68 males and 19 females, including 80 cases of monocular disease and 7 cases of binocular disease. A total of 94 eyes were aged from 5 to 67 years (average 37 years). Initial onset of 65 cases, 22 cases of recurrence. The onset time of at least 2 days, up to 20 days, an average of 14 days. Control group of 81 cases of HSk disease, 57 males and 24 females, monocular disease in 75 cases, binocular disease in 6 cases, a total of 87 eyes, aged 7 to 63 years, mean 31 years. The first 62 cases, 19 cases of recurrence. The shortest onset time of 2 days, up to 19 days, an average of 11 days.
