本实验用长毛对虾(Penaeus penicillatus)于1984年3—5月捕自厦门附近海域。以Ag—AgC1电极记录非麻醉状态下复眼的视网膜电图(ERG),着重从ERG波形、光谱特性方面,研究长毛对虾复眼感受系统。结果表明:(1)长毛对虾复眼明视ERG波形具波长特异性,在白光和颜色光(478,625 nm)适应下,蓝色(461,490 nm)刺激光所引起的ERG波形均与红色(616,642 nm)刺激光所引起的波形有明显不同。(2)暗视光谱敏感曲线(S_2曲线)峰值位于520—540 nm之间,明视S_2曲线的峰值较暗视S_2曲线峰值向短波段偏移约50 nm。蓝色光(478 nm)适应的S_2曲线峰值位于570 nm附近,红色光(625 nm)适应的S_2曲线峰值位于480 nm附近。此外,在蓝(480 nm)或红(642 nm)背景光下,随着背景光的增强,复眼对单色光敏感性的变化率有所不同。上述结果说明,长毛对虾复眼具有峰值分别约为480和570 nm的两感受系统。
In this experiment, Penaeus penicillatus was caught from the sea near Xiamen in March-May 1984. The electrogastrogram (ERG) of non-anesthetized eyes was recorded with Ag-AgC1 electrode, and focused on the ERG waveform and spectral characteristics of the shrew. The results showed that: (1) The wavelength of ERG waveforms was significantly different from that of the red (616, 642 nm) ) Stimulation of light caused by the waveform is significantly different. (2) The peak value of S 2 curve is between 520-540 nm. The peak value of S_2 curve is darker and the peak value of S_2 curve shifts to the short wavelength band by about 50 nm. The peak of S_2 curve fitted by blue light (478 nm) was located at 570 nm, and the peak of S 2 curve fitted by red light (625 nm) was located at 480 nm. In addition, with blue (480 nm) or red (642 nm) backlight, the rate of change of monochromatic light sensitivity varies with increasing background light. The above results show that P. longibractelera has two sensing systems with peaks at about 480 and 570 nm, respectively.
