在０．２４ｍｏＬ·Ｌ－１Ｈ２ＳＯ４介质中，微量铱（Ⅳ）的存在对ＫＩＯ４氧化偶氮氯膦Ⅲ的褪色反应有明显的催化作用．由此建立了微量铱的催化光度分析方法，铱在０．０５～１．００μｇ／１０ｍＬ范围内服从比耳定律．
In 0.24moL·L-1H2SO4 medium, the presence of trace amounts of iridium (Ⅳ) significantly catalyzed the discoloration of KIO4 oxochlorophosphine Ⅲ. Thus, a catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amounts of iridium was established. Beer ’s law was obeyed in the range of 0.05-1.00 μg / 10 mL for iridium.
