在0.24moL·L-1H2SO4介质中,微量铱(Ⅳ)的存在对KIO4氧化偶氮氯膦Ⅲ的褪色反应有明显的催化作用.由此建立了微量铱的催化光度分析方法,铱在0.05~1.00μg/10mL范围内服从比耳定律.
In 0.24moL·L-1H2SO4 medium, the presence of trace amounts of iridium (Ⅳ) significantly catalyzed the discoloration of KIO4 oxochlorophosphine Ⅲ. Thus, a catalytic spectrophotometric method for the determination of trace amounts of iridium was established. Beer ’s law was obeyed in the range of 0.05-1.00 μg / 10 mL for iridium.
