宁波市民卡项目于2005年5月在宁波市政府第47次常务会议上通过规划,2007年1月被列入市电子政务“十一五”发展规划,目的在于为市民提供集政府公共服务和金融服务为一体的智能IC卡。
The Ningbo Citizen Card Project was adopted at the 47th executive meeting of the Ningbo Municipal Government in May 2005 and was included in the municipal E-government “Eleventh Five-Year Plan” in January 2007 with the aim of providing citizens with public services Service and financial services as one of the smart IC card.
