尖锐湿疣是由性交传染的一种疾病,药物治疗效果不显。我院1988～1990年采用液氮冷冻治疗50例,取得了满意疗效,现予介绍。 50例中男42例,女8例;年龄18～48岁。全部患者均有不洁性交史,潜伏期1～6个月,平均3个月。均经活检确诊,50例均用液氮喷雾法治疗,喷口于距皮肤约1cm处对准尖锐湿疣喷射,以表面形成簿霜为度(时间约4～7秒),待其冻融后再喷。每个皮损喷射3～4次。喷射后21小时内患处出现轻 Condyloma acuminata is a disease transmitted by sexual intercourse, drug treatment effect is not significant.
