根据对高职应用文教学职业角色培养的研究分析,目前,我国高职院校应用文教学职业角色培养现状不容乐观,高职院校缺乏正确的培养目标和培养方案,从而无法培养出优质的应用文教学职业角色。因此,高职院校要重视对应用教学职业角色的培养,采用合理的培养方法,提高应用文化教学的质量,让学生积极主动的参与到教学过程中,这样才能为高职院校培养出更多的应用文教学职业角色。
