目的:探讨吸烟对慢性牙周炎患者牙周基础治疗前后龈沟液(GCF)中肝细胞生长因子(HGF)表达水平的影响。方法:选择慢性牙周炎患者60例,其中吸烟与非吸烟患者各30例,于牙周治疗前及治疗4周后检查记录菌斑指数(PLI)、探诊深度(PD)、龈沟出血指数(SBI)、附着丧失(AL),并采集GCF样本,采用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测GCF中的HGF浓度及总量。结果:治疗前吸烟组PLI、HGF的浓度及总量与非吸烟组相比具有统计学差异(P<0.05)外,其他指标2组均无显著差异(P>0.05)。牙周治疗4周后,非吸烟组的PLI、SBI、PD、AL指标均明显低于吸烟组(P<0.05);两组患者牙周临床指标、HGF的总量和浓度均较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),且非吸烟组HGF浓度(2.69±0.58)ng/m L明显低于吸烟组(3.04±0.63)ng/m L(P<0.05)。结论:吸烟与慢性牙周炎患者HGF水平具有一定相关性。
Objective: To investigate the effect of smoking on the expression of hepatocyte growth factor (HGF) in gingival crevicular fluid (GCF) before and after periodontal treatment in patients with chronic periodontitis. Methods: Sixty patients with chronic periodontitis were selected, including 30 smokers and 30 smokers. The plaque index (PLI), probing depth (PD), sulcus bleeding Index (SBI), attachment loss (AL), and GCF samples were collected. HGF concentration and total amount in GCF were detected by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA). Results: The levels of PLI and HGF in the smoking group before treatment were significantly higher than those in the non-smoking group (P <0.05). There was no significant difference between the other two groups (P> 0.05). After 4 weeks of periodontal treatment, PLI, SBI, PD, AL in non-smoker group were significantly lower than those in smoker group (P <0.05). The clinical parameters, total HGF concentration and concentration in both groups were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05). The concentration of HGF in non-smoking group (2.69 ± 0.58) ng / m L was significantly lower than that in smoking group (3.04 ± 0.63) ng / m L (P <0.05). Conclusion: Smoking has some correlation with HGF level in patients with chronic periodontitis.
