试验以总状绿绒蒿半年生幼苗为试验材料,研究5个温度梯度(0、5、15、20、30℃)处理下,幼苗部分生理生化指标对不同温度的响应差异。结果表明,在20℃处理下,各指标均表现出最低值。5、15、20℃下不存在显著性差异(P>0.05)。而30℃的高温处理和0℃的低温处理,叶绿素a含量显著减少,抗氧化酶SOD、POD活性显著增加,丙二醛(MDA)含量以及蛋白质含量、游离脯氨酸含量显著增加,说明总状绿绒蒿可以通过自身的积极响应来减轻低温和高温伤害;而且,30℃高温比低温对总状绿绒蒿的伤害更大,说明其具有较强的耐低温性,而不耐高温。
In the experiment, the semi-annual seedlings of M. gmelinii were used as experimental materials to study the response of some physiological and biochemical indexes to different temperatures under 5 temperature gradients (0, 5, 15, 20 and 30 ℃). The results showed that under the conditions of 20 ℃, each index showed the lowest value. 5,15,20 ℃, there is no significant difference (P> 0.05). At 30 ℃ and 0 ℃, the content of chlorophyll a decreased significantly, the activity of antioxidant enzymes SOD and POD increased significantly, and the content of malondialdehyde (MDA), protein and free proline increased remarkably Meconopsis thunbergii can alleviate the hypothermia and high temperature damage by its own positive response. Moreover, the damage caused by the high temperature of 30 ℃ is more serious than that of the low temperature, indicating that it has strong resistance to low temperature but not high temperature.
