目的:探讨四维彩超在胎儿畸形筛查中的临床价值。方法:回顾分析在本院使用四维彩超检查的3312例孕12~32周之间的孕妇进行胎儿产前常规筛查,结合孕妇相关资料和四维彩色超声检查结果,判断胎儿畸形情况。结果:经产前四维彩色超声检查后,检出存在可疑征象的胎儿20例,经上级医院复查或引产证实的18例。其中,中枢神经系统畸形者5例;心脏畸形5例;泌尿系统畸形者2例;唇腭裂2例;淋巴系统畸形者2例;肢体畸形者(足内翻)1例,消化系统畸形者1例。结论:四维超声技术,可对宫内胎儿情况进行全面观察,并可获得实时动态活动图像,值得临床推广应用。
Objective: To investigate the clinical value of four-dimensional ultrasound in fetal malformation screening. Methods: A retrospective analysis of 3312 pregnant women with gestational age between 12 and 32 weeks who underwent four-dimensional ultrasonography in our hospital was performed routine prenatal screening. Combined with information about pregnant women and the results of four-dimensional color ultrasound to determine the fetal malformation. Results: After prenatal four-dimensional color ultrasound examination, 20 fetuses with suspicious signs were detected and 18 cases were confirmed by superior hospitals or induced abortion. Among them, 5 cases of central nervous system malformations, 5 cases of cardiac malformations, 2 cases of urinary system malformations, 2 cases of cleft lip and palate, 2 cases of lymphatic system malformations, 1 case of limb deformities (varus), 1 digestive system malformations example. Conclusion: Four-dimensional ultrasound technology can observe the situation of intrauterine fetus and obtain real-time dynamic images, worthy of clinical application.
