The coal industry has potential enormous economic benefits. The intricate economic interest chain in the coal mining production process has spawned a series of safety and social issues. This article attempts to analyze it from the perspective of economics and perspectives. The drawbacks in China’s coal production, and thus establish a new production and management measures based on economic thought.
