利用图表法对10CrNi3MoV钢手工电弧焊接维修预热温度进行估算,并分析了化学成分、焊接热输入、板厚对预热温度的影响。结果表明,随着钢板的碳当量增加、焊接热输入降低和板厚增加,焊接预热温度升高。采用图表法预测10CrNi3MoV钢焊接预热温度与实际斜Y型抗裂性试验结果具有较好的一致性,用图表法估算焊接预热温度具有较好的工程适应性。
The chart method was used to estimate the preheat temperature of 10CrNi3MoV steel by manual arc welding, and the influence of chemical composition, welding heat input and thickness on preheating temperature was analyzed. The results show that as the carbon equivalent of the steel increases, the welding heat input decreases and the plate thickness increases, and the welding preheating temperature increases. The prediction of the preheating temperature of 10CrNi3MoV steel by the chart method is in good agreement with the actual oblique Y-type crack resistance test results, and the chart method is of good engineering adaptability for estimating the welding preheating temperature.
