本文用数字仿真方法对动态铣削过程的稳定性进行了分析,提出了在时域计算极限切削宽度的方法,在计算过程中考虑切削过程中阻尼因素的影响,最后并结合X53T立式铣床模态参数和给定的铣削条件进行了试算,计算和试验的结果得到了较好的符合。通过本文的研究表明,数字仿真方法是分析动态铣削过程和判别稳定性的一种很有效的方法。
In this paper, the stability of the dynamic milling process is analyzed by digital simulation method. The method of calculating the limit cutting width in the time domain is proposed. The influence of damping factors in the cutting process is considered in the calculation process. Finally, combined with the X53T vertical milling machine mode The parameters and the given milling conditions were tested, and the results of the calculation and the test were in good agreement. The research in this paper shows that the digital simulation method is a very effective method to analyze the dynamic milling process and discriminate the stability.
