1826年,英国植物学家布朗发现悬浮在液体中的非常小的微粒在显微镜下能观察到它们连续不断的运动,运动既不规则又不休止,这种现象叫做布朗运动.关于布朗运动的实验虽然大家都很熟悉,然而并不是所有的人都亲眼看过,其实要做这个实验并不困难,可是对物理教学工作者来说,用实验的演示配合讲解,课堂效果会显得更好些,也更令人信服.兹介绍几个布朗运动的实验:
