[目的]建立了敌稗在稻田环境中的残留检测方法。[方法]样品经乙腈提取,液液分配后,气相色谱-电子捕获(ECD)法测定。[结果]方法对敌稗在田水、土壤、植株、稻米和稻壳中的平均添加回收率为84.6%~105.5%,相对标准偏差1.0%~12.5%。敌稗在水稻田水、土壤、植株中的半衰期分别为0.9~2.9、0.7~2.0、1.0~1.3 d;在收获期土壤、植株、稻米、稻壳中敌稗的残留量均小于最低检测质量浓度。[结论]该方法操作简单、快速,灵敏度高,符合农药残留分析的技术要求。
[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for detecting the residue of propanil in paddy field. [Method] The samples were extracted with acetonitrile, liquid - liquid partitioning and gas chromatography - electron capture (ECD) method. [Result] The average recoveries of propanil from field water, soil, plant, rice and rice husk were 84.6% -105.5% with relative standard deviations of 1.0% ~ 12.5%. The half-lives of propanil in paddy water, soil and plant were 0.9-2.9,0.7-2.0,1.0-1.3 d respectively. The residual amounts of propanil in soil, plant, rice and rice husk at harvest were less than the minimum detectable mass concentration. [Conclusion] The method is simple, rapid, sensitive and meets the technical requirements of pesticide residue analysis.
