随着新课改的不断深入与发展,传统的教学方式既不能适应企业和社会的发展,也不能适应学生更高层次的需要了。因此,职业高校在培养学生时,不仅要让学生能够掌握扎实的专业理论知识,还要让学生具备实践和操作能力,而小组合作学习恰恰能够培养学生这方面的能力的有效途径之一。本文就是通过对高职财会课堂教学中的“小组合作学习”方式进行深入的分析和探究,希望能够提高高校财会课堂教学的教学质量,培养出更多适应企业发展和社会需要的人才。
With the continuous deepening and development of the new curriculum reform, the traditional teaching methods can neither adapt to the development of enterprises and society, nor adapt to the needs of students at a higher level. Therefore, when cultivating students, vocational colleges should not only equip students with solid professional theoretical knowledge, but also enable students to have practical and operational skills. Cooperative group learning, on the other hand, can effectively train students’ ability in this field. This paper analyzes and probes into the way of “group cooperation learning” in the classroom teaching of higher vocational finance, hoping to improve the teaching quality of classroom teaching in college accounting and train more talents to adapt to the development of enterprises and social needs.
