近日,国家发改委《关于加快推进煤矿企业兼并重组的若干意见》获国务院批准并正式公布。《意见》明确,通过兼并重组,形成一批年产5000万吨以上的特大型煤矿企业集团,并提出“鼓励煤、电、运一体化经营”“鼓励电力、冶金、化工等行业企业参与兼并重组”。业内分析人士认为,新一轮煤企并购重组将由此拉开帷幕,随着资源进一步整合,煤炭行业的集中度将继续提高,煤炭企业定价权加强,区域龙头上市公司利润将明显增加。
