时代的发展对教师在幼儿园教育实践中的角色和任务都提出了更高、更新的要求,“研究型的教师”成了幼儿教师即将面临的现实要求。这不但对教师本人提出了个体努力的方向,也对幼儿园提出了新一轮的工作重点。园本教研活动就是实现这个目标的方法之一,应当切实地承担起这一重任,为有效地解决新的教师角色要求和现有教师整体素质不够的矛盾提供新的途径。然
The development of the times puts forward higher and newer requirements on teachers’ roles and tasks in the kindergarten education practice. The “research teacher” has become a realistic requirement that kindergarten teachers will soon face. This not only puts forward the direction of individual efforts for the teachers themselves, but also puts forward a new round of work priorities for kindergartens. This teaching and research activity is one of the ways to achieve this goal.
