本文研究了石墨形态和合金元素对含Ni20%的奥氏体铸铁抗热冲击性能的影响。石墨呈球状时机热冲击性能最好,是片状时最差,呈枝晶状时介于前二者之问。加入适量的Cr、Mo、Si可获得最佳的抗热冲击性能。
In this paper, the effects of graphite morphology and alloying elements on the thermal shock resistance of austenitic cast iron with 20% Ni were investigated. Graphite spherical shape when the best thermal shock performance, is the worst sheet, was dendrite when asked in between the first two. Adding the right amount of Cr, Mo, Si gives the best thermal shock resistance.
