班级管理事务多、责任大,不仅需要班主任有爱心,付出巨大的精力和心血,还要思考怎样管理更有效。刚接手一个新的班级,班主任必须亲力亲为,亲自管理监督,尽快了解每一个学生,逐渐形成班集体。当逐步具备了自我管理的条件时,就要逐步放手,让学生自我管理、自我教育。这样做既能够调动学生的主观能动性,又能够锻炼和提高他们的组织、协调和管理能力,同时班集体也能够健康和谐地发展。
