研究测定了在中性、还原条件下含MnO高钛渣的体相粘度.考察了各组成分对炉渣性质的影响.结果表明,无论在中性还是在还原条件下,提高MnO含量、炉渣碱度,可使炉渣的体相粘度降低.在中性条件下,渣中TiO2含量的增加,可使炉渣的体相粘度降低;在还原条件下TiO2的增加会提高炉渣的体相粘度.其中MnO含量对钛渣性质的影响比较显著
The study measured the bulk viscosity of MnO-containing high titanium slag under neutral and reducing conditions. The effects of each component on the properties of the slag were investigated. The results show that the increase of MnO content and slag basicity can reduce the bulk phase viscosity of slag in both neutral and reduction conditions. Under neutral condition, the increase of TiO2 content in slag can decrease the bulk phase viscosity of slag, and the increase of TiO2 under reducing condition will increase the bulk phase viscosity of slag. Among them, the content of MnO has a significant impact on the properties of titanium slag
