事故树分析是安全管理工作中常用的一种方法。事故树是从结果到原因描绘事故的方向树。事故树分析是研究事故与产生该事故的原因之间的关系。本文通过对国内锅炉爆炸事故进行统计分析,并结合我辖区江门甘蔗化工厂(集团)股份有限公司(以下简称“甘化公司”)的6台锅炉在生产中遇到的安全问题,编制了锅炉爆炸的事故树图,采用事故树的定性分析,确定了最小割集、最小径集和结构重要度。最后,根据统计分析结论,对锅炉爆炸事故提出了预防类似事故发生的安全措施。
Fault tree analysis is a commonly used method of safety management. The accident tree is a tree of directions that describes the accident from the result to the cause. Fault tree analysis is the study of the relationship between an incident and the cause of the incident. Based on the statistical analysis of the domestic boiler explosion accidents and the safety problems encountered in the production of six boilers in Jiangmen Sugarcane Chemical Plant (Group) Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “Ganzhou Company”), this paper prepares The accident tree diagram of the boiler explosion, using the qualitative analysis of the accident tree, to determine the minimum cut set, the minimum diameter set and structural importance. Finally, according to the conclusion of statistical analysis, the safety measures to prevent similar accidents from boiler explosion accidents are put forward.
