在汽车工业中,磁粉探伤是检查零件感应淬火、热处理、机械加工、铸造、锻造和焊接过程中出现的表面缺陷的最常用、最有效的手段。随着生产规模的扩大,需要用磁粉探伤检查的零件品种多、批量大、形状复杂,对磁粉探伤机的工作效率、磁化方式、自动化程度提出了越来越高的要求。我们研制的新型磁粉探伤机,在磁化方式上,采用了非接触多相复合,因此,磁化效率高,易于自动化,下烧伤零件,能检查形状复杂的零件,已推广应用于东风汽车公司车桥厂和武汉气门厂。
In the automotive industry, magnetic particle inspection is the most common and effective means of inspecting surface defects that occur during induction hardening, heat treatment, machining, casting, forging and welding. With the expansion of production scale, the need to use magnetic particle inspection of parts varieties, large quantities, complex shape, the working efficiency of magnetic particle inspection machine, magnetization, the degree of automation put forward higher and higher requirements. We developed a new type of magnetic particle inspection machine, the magnetization mode, the use of non-contact multi-phase composite, therefore, high magnetization efficiency, easy to automate the next burn parts, can check the shape of complex parts, has been widely used in the Dongfeng Automobile Company Axles Factory and valve plant in Wuhan.
