赵鑫宝,1932年2月出生于上海,早年就读于上海立格致中学,1953年毕业于上海财经学院会计系。近四十年来,他一直在中国船舶工业总公司(即原第六机械工业部)所属大中型企业从事经济管理工作。先后担任过股长、科长、副厂长。1983年任国营四七一厂总会计师;1987年调任武昌造船厂总会计师。积累了丰富的实践经验,为完善企业的财务管理机制,推行财会体制改革做了大量的工作,在国内造船业处于低谷的“七五”时期,为摆脱企业资金短缺困境,提高经济效益作出了贡献。一、发挥总师作用,探索财会管理新路子
Zhao Xinbao was born in Shanghai in February 1932. He studied at Shanghai Ligezhi Middle School in his early years and graduated from the Accounting Department of Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 1953. For nearly four decades, he has been engaged in economic management of large and medium-sized enterprises under China National Shipbuilding Corporation (formerly the former Ministry of Machinery Industry). He successively served as chief of stock, section chief, and deputy director. In 1983, he was appointed chief accountant of state-owned 471 factory; in 1987, he was transferred to chief accountant of Wuchang Shipyard. Accumulated a wealth of practical experience, in order to improve the company’s financial management mechanism, the implementation of the financial system reform has done a lot of work, in the domestic shipbuilding industry in the low “7th Five-Year” period, in order to get rid of the company’s shortage of funds, improve economic efficiency has made contribution.
