文章对国内外产业安全评价模型进行了回顾和梳理,在此基础上创造性的提出了产业生产力生成能力概念,并从产业生产力生成能力、产业控制力、产业生态环境、产业竞争力四个角度,33个评价因子提出装备制造业产业安全评价“四因素模型”。采用功效系数法对我国装备制造业产业安全状态进行评价,数据分析显示我国装备制造产业的产业安全程度估算值为45.8,处于“临界状态”。国家需要采取相应政策和措施,维护我国装备制造业产业安全,保持产业可持续健康发展。 Based on the review of the domestic and international industrial safety evaluation models, this article creatively put forward the concept of industrial productivity, and from the four angles of industrial productivity generation, industrial control, industrial ecological environment and industrial competitiveness, 33 evaluation factors proposed equipment manufacturing industry safety evaluation “four-factor model ”. Efficacy coefficient method is used to evaluate the safety status of equipment manufacturing industry in our country. The data analysis shows that the industrial safety of equipment manufacturing industry in our country is estimated to be 45.8, which is in “critical state”. Countries need to take appropriate policies and measures to safeguard China’s equipment manufacturing industry safety and maintain a sustainable and healthy development of the industry.
