各州、地、市纪委、组织部、人事局、监察局,省委各部门,省直机关各单位纪检组(纪委)、人事处,省直机关纪工委,省企业纪工委,省纪委各厅室、各派驻纪检组:党纪政纪处分决定的执行是严肃纪律,保证从严治党、从严治政方针贯彻落实的大事,对于推进党风廉政建设和反腐败斗争具有重要意义。针对近年来各地在执行党纪政纪处分决定中存在的问题,中纪委五次全会提出要加大处分决定执行工作的力度,并于2001年在全国部署开展了处分决定执行情况的检查。从我省检查的情况看,处分决定执行情况总体是比较好的,但也存在一些问题:如处分材料未装入本人档案或材料不全;对受处分人员年度考核等次确定不当;对受处分后降低工资等级或延缓工资晋升等事项的,未按规定办理;处分决定没有在一定范围内进行宣布;因经济问题受到处分的违纪人员,对其违纪款物没有按规定及时收缴;对受政纪处分人员未按规定期限按时解除处分等。
