随着我国的社会主义市场经济的迅速发展,事业单位为了维持自身的发展,改革档案管理部门势在必行。由于档案管理在事业单位的整体部门管理中既关乎整个单位整体的管理秩序能否顺利进行,又关乎着单位员工们个人信息的保存问题。因此十分必要对其进行改革。故本文将对事业单位当前的档案管理现状进行研究,并对其创新思路进行思考。
