患者　男 ,5 5岁。因间歇右上腹疼痛 3年入院。体查 ,一般情况好 ,皮肤、巩膜无黄染 ,浅表淋巴结无肿大。腹软 ,右上腹可触及 10ｃｍ×6ｃｍ× 4 5ｃｍ肿物 ,囊性 ,有触痛 ,墨菲氏征阳性。腹部Ｂ超检查示胆囊明显增大 ,胆囊内粘膜面占位性病变。诊断 :胆囊癌 ?手术见胆囊明显增 Male patient, 5 5 years old.
