为了进一步了解在农村放置节育环的实际情况,摸索经验,肯定效果,我们于1965年3月27日至4月28日对2182名农村放环者进行了随访。这次随访,体现了领导、技术人员、群众三结合,除各级有关领导参加研究外,直接参加这次随访工作的有专、县、妇幼保健站妇幼工作人员,公社卫生院妇幼工作人员,还有基层医务人员、妇女队长、接生员、宣传员等,各有关县医院妇产科、放射科也作了必要的配合。现将随访情况及几点初步意见分述如下。
