In this issue, a total of 112 athletes engaged in endurance projects were selected and divided into three groups according to their age. Thirty-two subjects (11 in each age group) were randomly selected to participate in two anaerobic threshold tests in laboratories and venues. Under the two conditions of laboratory and field, the correlation coefficients of anaerobic thresholds ranged from 0.82 to 0.90, and were more closely related to the oldest group. All athletes participated in a series of competitions at different distances and measured the relationship between the anaerobic threshold running speed and the actual running speed. The test found that at a distance of 5 km and 5 km above, the anaerobic threshold running speed is closely related to the race speed, of which 12 to 18 years and 19 to 30 years of age 10 km run and the oldest group of 1 hour run, The anaerobic threshold running speed is most closely related to the running speed. Short distance runs (eg 800 meters) did not show a close relationship with the anaerobic threshold running speed, especially for the oldest group (R = 0.30).
