一九八三年八月二十三日至二十七日,珠江流域规划协调小组在广州主持召开了“珠江流域规划协调会议”。水电部水利水电建设总局、水利水电规划设计院、电力规划设计院及东北、中南、昆明、贵阳水电勘测设计院、中南电力设计院,交通部水运规划设计院、广州航道局,中国水产研究院珠江水产研究所,云南、贵州、广西、广东四省(区)的水利(水电)厅(局)、电力局、交通厅,湖南省水利厅,江西省赣州地区水电局,广州市经委、城市规划局,水电部珠江水利委员会、珠委西江局等单位的负责同志、工程技术干部以及特邀代表共七十七人参加了会议。珠江流域规划协调小组组长、珠江水利委员会主任刘兆伦同志作了工作报告。会议认真讨论了这个报告,总结、交流了一九八二年四月珠江流域规划协调会议以来流域规划工作的情况和经验,研究了目前规划中需要协调的主要问题,提出了今后的工作安排意见。现将刘兆伦同志的报告刊登于后。
From August 23 to August 27, 1983, the Pearl River Basin Planning Coordination Group hosted the “Pearl River Basin Planning Coordination Meeting” in Guangzhou. Ministry of Water Resources and Hydropower Construction, Water Conservancy and Hydropower Planning and Design Institute, Power Planning and Design Institute and the Northeast, South Africa, Kunming, Guiyang Hydropower Survey and Design Institute, Central South Electric Power Design Institute, Ministry of Transportation Water Planning and Design Institute, Guangzhou Waterway Bureau, China Fisheries Research Institute Pearl River Fisheries Research Institute, Water Resources (Hydropower) Office (Bureau), Power Bureau, Communications Department, Hunan Provincial Department of Water Resources, Ganzhou Regional Water and Power Bureau of Jiangxi Province, Guangzhou Economic Commission, and City of Yunnan, Guizhou, Guangxi and Guangdong Provinces A total of 77 participants, including comrades from the planning bureau, the Pearl River Water Conservancy Commission of the Ministry of Water Resources and Electric Power, and the Xizang Bureau of the Zhuhai Committee and other units, engineering and technical cadres and invited representatives attended the meeting. Pearl River Basin Planning Coordination Group leader, Pearl River Water Resources Commission Comrade Liu Zhaolun made a work report. The meeting seriously discussed this report, summarized and exchanged the situation and experience of basin planning since the Pearl River Basin Planning Coordination Meeting in April 1982, studied the major issues that need to be coordinated in the current planning and proposed future work arrangement opinions .
