目的:应用HPLC法对枳壳药材进行指纹图谱研究。方法:色谱条件:Thermo Syncronis-C_(18)(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm),以乙腈-0.1%磷酸溶液为流动相进行梯度洗脱,柱温为30℃,检测波长为300 nm(0~24 min)和215 nm(24.01~70 min),流速为1 m L/min。结果:10批样品有12个共有峰,指纹图谱对枳壳中各成分均有较好分离。结论:该方法简便,准确,重复性好,能有效地对其质量进行评价。
Objective: To study the fingerprint of Fructus aurantii by HPLC method. METHODS: The chromatographic conditions were as follows: a gradient of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid solution was used as the mobile phase of Thermo Syncronis-C 18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm). The column temperature was 30 ℃ and the detection wavelength was 300 nm ~ 24 min) and 215 nm (24.01 ~ 70 min) at a flow rate of 1 m L / min. Results: There were 12 common peaks in ten batches of samples. The fingerprint of each component in Fructus aurantii was separated well. Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, reproducible and can evaluate its quality effectively.
