在25℃、pH 8.2的Tris-HCl缓冲液中,苏丹红Ⅰ与人血清白蛋白(HSA)之间能产生有效的非辐射能量转移,苏丹红Ⅰ的加入使HSA的荧光猝灭。在此基础上,建立了通过人血清白蛋白共振能量转移荧光猝灭测定苏丹红Ⅰ的方法,其方法线性范围为0.5~7.5μg/mL,检出限为0.1μg/mL,RSD=0.7%~1.8%,加标回收率为91.9%~109.3%。
In Tris-HCl buffer pH 8.2 at 25 ° C, efficient non-radiative energy transfer was achieved between Sudan I and human serum albumin (HSA) and the addition of Sudan I quenched HSA fluorescence. On this basis, a method for the determination of Sudan I by fluorescence quenching with human serum albumin resonance energy transfer was established. The method has a linear range of 0.5-7.5μg / mL with a detection limit of 0.1μg / mL and a RSD of 0.7% ~ 1.8%, the spiked recoveries were 91.9% ~ 109.3%.
