目的:分析太子参中核苷类成分,比较不同种质太子参间的差异。方法:采用QTRAP LC-MS/MS技术同时测定5个种质太子参中13种核苷类成分的含量,用SPSS 16.0对数据进行聚类分析。结果:不同种质太子参核苷含量存在一定差异,核苷总量以福建柘荣(ZS2)最高,贵州施秉(SB)最低。福建柘荣(ZS1)与安徽宣城(XC)间核苷含量差异较小。结论:为进一步阐明生态环境对太子参代谢物合成积累的影响提供了基础资料。
Objective: To analyze the composition of nucleosides in Radix Pseudostellariae, and to compare the differences among different genera of Radix et Rhizoma. Methods: The contents of 13 nucleosides in five germplasm were determined by QTRAP LC-MS / MS. The data were analyzed by SPSS 16.0. Results: There were some differences in the content of heterophylla among different germplasms. The total amount of nucleosides was the highest in Fujian ZS2 and the lowest in SB of Guizhou. There was no significant difference in nucleoside content between Fujian Zirong (ZS1) and Anhui Xuancheng (XC). Conclusion: This study provides the basic information for further elucidating the impact of ecological environment on the accumulation of metabolites in Pseudostellaria heterophylla.
