目的:探讨CA153、CEA及CA125联合检测对乳腺癌的诊断意义。方法:选取2015年6月-2017年4月我院收治的40例乳腺癌患者作为研究组,选取同期我院体检中心体检健康女性40名作为对照组,采用化学发光免疫分析仪检测两组研究对象的CA153、CEA及CA125水平,比较两组CA153、CEA及CA125的平均水平和阳性率。结果:研究组患者CA153、CEA、CA125平均水平均明显高于对照组(P<0.05);研究组患者CA153、CEA、CA125阳性率也均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:联合检测CA153,CEA及CA125在乳腺癌诊断中具有较高阳性率和诊断价值。
Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of combined detection of CA153, CEA and CA125 in breast cancer. Methods: Forty breast cancer patients admitted from June 2015 to April 2017 in our hospital were selected as the study group. Forty healthy women in the physical examination center of our hospital were selected as the control group. The chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer The levels of CA153, CEA and CA125 in subjects were compared. The mean and positive rates of CA153, CEA and CA125 were compared between the two groups. Results: The mean levels of CA153, CEA and CA125 in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). The positive rates of CA153, CEA and CA125 in the study group were also significantly higher than those in the control group (P <0.05). Conclusion: The combined detection of CA153, CEA and CA125 in breast cancer diagnosis has a higher positive rate and diagnostic value.
