1　病历简介患者 ,女 ,2 2岁。反复头痛 ,时有尿失禁 ,智力低下、营养中等。查体 ,心肺、腹部、脊柱、四肢及神经系统均未发现异常。ＣＴ平扫显示双侧侧脑室的三角区及枕角周围的脑质密度增高 ,与脑皮质的密度一致 ,呈对称分布 (图 1)。增强扫描显示该病灶与脑皮质一致 (图 2 ) 1 medical records patient, female, 2 2 years old. Computed tomography (CT) showed an increase in brain density around the triangle and occipital horn in bilateral lateral ventricles, consistent with the density of the cerebral cortex, showing a symmetrical distribution (Figure 1). Enhanced scan showed that the lesion consistent with the cerebral cortex (Figure 2)
