目的通过综合分析3例职业性急性有机氟中毒病例的临床资料,总结职业性急性有机氟中毒救治过程中的经验和体会。方法对3例有机氟中毒患者的临床表现、实验室检查、影像学特征、主要治疗措施及转归进行分析。结果急性有机氟中毒以咳嗽、胸闷、气急为主要表现,影像学特征为两肺渗出性病变,予以早期足量及中晚期小剂量糖皮质激素、营养心肌等综合治疗,3例患者均治愈,随访3月未发生肺纤维化。结论在急性有机氟中毒的救治过程中,合理的激素治疗、保护重要脏器是治疗的重点。
Objective To summarize the experience and experience in the treatment of occupational acute organic fluorosis by comprehensively analyzing the clinical data of 3 cases of occupational acute organic fluorosis. Methods The clinical manifestations, laboratory tests, imaging features, main treatment measures and prognosis of 3 patients with organofluorosis were analyzed. Results Acute fluorosis was mainly cough, chest tightness and shortness of breath. Radiographic features were exudative lesions of both lungs. Early and adequate low-dose glucocorticoids and nutritional myocardium were used in the treatment. All 3 patients were cured Follow-up in March did not occur in patients with pulmonary fibrosis. Conclusion In the treatment of acute organofluorosis, reasonable hormone therapy, protection of important organs is the focus of treatment.
