目的:建立复方金刚烷胺氨基比林片中氨基比林的含量测定HPLC法。方法:色谱柱Diamonsil C_(18)柱(250mm×4.6mm.5μm),流动相为甲醇-水(52:48),检测波长为272 nm,流速为1.0 ml·min~(-1)。结果:线性范围为0.37~2.25μg(r= 0.999 9),平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为0.5%(n=6)。结论:本方法简便准确、准确,重现性好,可用于复方金刚烷胺氨基比林片中氨基比林的含量测定。
Objective: To establish a HPLC method for the determination of aminopyrine in compound amantadine aminopilin tablets. METHODS: Diamonsil C_ (18) column (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used as the mobile phase. The mobile phase consisted of methanol and water (52:48). The detection wavelength was 272 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1. Results: The linear range was from 0.37 to 2.25 μg (r = 0.999 9) with an average recovery of 99.8% and RSD of 0.5% (n = 6). Conclusion: The method is simple, accurate, accurate and reproducible. It can be used to determine the content of aminopyrine in compound amantadine aminopyrine tablets.
