对压铸镁合金AZ91D分别进行了无铬化学转化、喷砂、真空镀钛的表面处理,并采用SEM、EDS、XRD、中性盐雾及电化学等方法检测和评价处理后试样的表面形貌、成分、物相组成和耐蚀性。结果表明:无铬化学转化和真空镀钛都能明显提高镁合金的耐腐蚀性,喷砂处理后镁合金的硬度和粗糙度均达最高,耐蚀性反而下降。
The die-cast magnesium alloy AZ91D was respectively treated with chromium-free chemical conversion, sandblasting and vacuum titanium plating. The surface morphology of the treated samples was detected and evaluated by SEM, EDS, XRD, neutral salt spray and electrochemical methods Appearance, composition, phase composition and corrosion resistance. The results show that both non-chromium chemical conversion and vacuum titanium plating can obviously improve the corrosion resistance of magnesium alloy. The hardness and roughness of the magnesium alloy reach the highest after blasting, but the corrosion resistance decreases.
