对大口径镜面特别是对大口径天文望远镜镜面的镀膜时,镀膜系统的配置对膜层性能的预期指标的实现起着非常重要的作用。整个镀膜系统的配置,一般都需要根据镜面的尺寸、镀膜方案以及相关工艺参数等来专门设计制造镀膜机。本文在借鉴了国内外大口径镜面镀膜的系统配置实践经验的基础上,针对LAMOST子镜的特点以及镜面在更新镀铝膜时对膜层的各项性能指标的要求,分析并初步提出了相应的具有可行性的镀膜系统的配置方案。
For large-aperture mirrors, especially for large-aperture telescope mirrors, the configuration of the coating system plays a very important role in the realization of the desired index of the performance of the coating. The entire coating system configuration, generally need to mirror the size, coating programs and related process parameters to design and manufacture of special coating machine. Based on the practical experience of system configuration of large-caliber mirror coating at home and abroad, this paper analyzes the characteristics of LAMOST mirror and the requirements of the performance of the mirror when updating the aluminized film, The feasibility of the coating system configuration.
