市场经济的全球化,呼吁着企业伦理的全球化。“金规则”——“己所不欲,勿施于人”成为一个被推荐的企业伦理全球化的基础性法则。对存在于历史和现实中的“金规则”的批评作出理性审视及思考,是全面理解“金规则”自身及其意义的不可或缺的前提。“金规则”的伦理意蕴在于一以贯之地强调对人的尊重,蕴含着交互、同情、自主和开放等结构性元素。在面向行动的企业伦理实践中,“金规则”通过角色颠倒追问“应该”的问题,在企业伦理的微观、中观和宏观三个层面发挥着直接或间接的作用。
The globalization of market economy calls for the globalization of business ethics. “Golden Rules ” - “Do not want to do, do not impose on others ” has become a recommended basic principle of corporate ethics globalization. A rational review and reflection on the criticisms of the “golden rules” existing in history and reality are indispensable prerequisites for a full understanding of the “golden rules” themselves and their significance. The ethical connotation of the Golden Rules lies in its consistent emphasis on respect for human beings and its structural elements of interaction, compassion, autonomy and openness. In the action-oriented ethics of business, the “Golden Rules” question the question of “should ” through the reverse of the role, playing a direct or indirect role in the micro, medium and macro levels of business ethics.
