肺结核病人的发现工作是控制结核病规划的重要组成部分,也是结核病监测工作中的重要内容。有效地发现传染源,最大限度地缩短延误时间,尽早得到合理而有效的彻底化疗,使传染性尽快消失,以减少传染、是控制社会上传染和结核病流行的根本措施。但这一措施的实施还存在值得探讨的问题,为此,我们对本地区新发现病人的延误情况进行分析,报告如下:
