目前半钢性基层压实普遍采用的18 t压路机产生的压实作用力约400 kN,规范相应的石料压碎值标准为≤30%。为防止采用大吨位压路机进行半刚性基层大厚度压实过程中表面石料被大量压碎。通过室内试验,将压碎值试验压力从规范规定的400 kN提高到660 kN或800 kN,模拟32 t振动压路机压实作用力;通过研究压碎值随试验压力的变化规律,认为二者具有良好的相关性,并由此提出了适应32 t超重压路机厚层路面压实的石料压碎值标准。同时,路面结构力学计算表明,32 t压路机碾压28 cm半刚性基层所产生的压应力均大于普通18 t压路机作用力440 kN时碾压18~20 cm半刚性基层所产生的压应力。因此,采用32 t振动压路机的厚层路面压实技术是可行的。
At present, the compaction force produced by the 18 t roller, commonly used in semi-rigid base compaction, is about 400 kN, and the corresponding standard stone crushing value is ≤30%. To prevent the use of large tonnage roller for semi-rigid base large thickness of the surface during the process of compaction of stone was crushed. Through the indoor test, the test value of the crush value is increased from 400 kN to 660 kN or 800 kN, which simulates the compaction force of 32 t vibratory roller. By studying the variation of crush value with the test pressure, it is considered that both have Good correlation, and put forward the stone crushing value standard that complies with the thick pavement compaction of 32 t overweight road roller. Meanwhile, the mechanics calculation of pavement structure shows that the compressive stress produced by the 28 t roller compacted 28 cm semi-rigid base is greater than that of the 18-20 cm semi-rigid base compacted by 440 kN force of ordinary 18 t roller. Therefore, the use of 32 t vibratory roller thick layer compaction technology is feasible.
