目的了解双流国际机场病媒生物(鼠、蚊、蝇、蜚蠊)的种群组成、季节消长等情况,为病媒生物的防控提供科学依据。方法鼠类监测采用夹夜法,蚊类成蚊监测采用人工小时法、幼蚊监测采用集卵器法,蝇类监测采用笼诱法,蜚蠊监测采用粘板法。结果 2012—2014年,共捕获鼠形动物2目2科2属2种,四川短尾鼩为优势种,数量为34只(69.39%);蚊类1科4属5种,致倦库蚊为优势种,数量为961只(88.33%);蝇类4科19属31种,大头金蝇为优势种,数量为2144只(36.79%);1种蜚蠊为德国小蠊,共捕获1577只。结论应依据病媒生物的季节消长规律,加强病媒生物的防控工作。
Objective To understand the population composition, seasonal fluctuation and other conditions of vector vectors (rats, mosquitoes, flies and cockroaches) in Shuangliu International Airport and provide a scientific basis for vector control. Methods The method of nocturnal method was used for monitoring rodents. Artificial hours method was used for mosquitoes monitoring. Oviparous method was used for the monitoring of juvenile mosquitoes. Cage method was used for the monitoring of flies and sticky method was used for the monitoring of cockroaches. Results Two species of 2 genera, 2 genera and 2 species were captured from 2012 to 2014. Among them, 2 species of 2 species belong to 2 genera, 2 of which are dominant species, 34 (69.39%); 1 species, 4 genera and 5 species of mosquitoes, The dominant species were 961 (88.33%), flies, 31 families, 4 genera and 19 genera, the dominant goldfly was the dominant species, accounting for 2144 (36.79%); one cockroach was German cockroach, and 1577 only. Conclusions The prevention and control of vector organisms should be strengthened according to the seasonal fluctuation pattern of vector organisms.
