旅游企业的信用是指社会对旅游企业履行符合当事人利益的承诺的可能性的稳定预期。相对于个人信用,旅游企业信用具有非人格化、积累性和稳定性等特点。市场经济是信用经济。旅游企业的信用十分重要。但目前旅游企业存在旅游合同交易信用缺失、合同违约和欺诈等问题。要解决这些问题,旅游企业要加强信用管理,有关部门要加强对旅游企业市场信用的监管力度,还要充分发挥旅游协会的作用,加强旅游市场信用的行业自律建设。
The credit of tourism enterprises refers to the steady expectation of the society to the possibility that travel enterprises fulfill the promises that meet the interests of the parties. Relative to personal credit, tourism enterprise credit has the characteristics of depersonalization, accumulation and stability. Market economy is credit economy. The credit of travel enterprises is very important. However, there are some problems in tourism enterprises such as the lack of trust in travel contract transactions, contract breach of contract and fraud. To solve these problems, tourism enterprises should strengthen credit management, relevant departments should strengthen their supervision on tourism enterprises market credit, but also give full play to the role of tourism associations to strengthen tourism industry self-discipline credit industry.
