为探讨缺血性脑卒中患者血清同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)、红细胞生成素(EPO)的变化及其与颈动脉粥样硬化的关系本研究选取80例缺血性脑卒中患者为脑卒中组,另选取80例健康体检者为对照组,应用多普勒超声仪测定两组颈动脉,ELISA法测定两组血浆Hcy、EPO。脑卒中组患者颈动脉斑块检测率为97.50%(78/80),对照组颈动脉斑块检出率为7.50%(6/80),差异有统计学意义(p<0.05)。脑卒中组血清Hcy、EPO水平显著高于对照组(p<0.05),而颈动脉内膜-中层厚度(CIMT)大于对照组(p<0.05)。缺血性脑卒中患者中软斑租、混合斑组血清Hcy、EPO水平高于硬斑组(p<0.05)。经Pearson单因素分析,血清Hcy、EPO水平与CIMT呈正相关(p<0.05)。缺血性脑卒中患者血清Hcy、EPO水平的变化及其与颈动脉粥样硬化发生有密切的关系,通过测定血清Hcy、EPO水平可反映斑块稳定性。
To investigate the changes of serum homocysteine (Hcy), erythropoietin (EPO) and its relationship with carotid atherosclerosis in ischemic stroke patients. In this study, 80 patients with ischemic stroke were selected as stroke The other 80 healthy people were selected as the control group. The carotid arteries were measured by Doppler ultrasound and the plasma Hcy and EPO were measured by ELISA. The detection rate of carotid plaque in stroke group was 97.50% (78/80), while the control group carotid plaque detection rate was 7.50% (6/80), the difference was statistically significant (p <0.05). Serum levels of Hcy and EPO in stroke group were significantly higher than those in control group (p <0.05), while carotid intima - media thickness (CIMT) was greater than that in control group (p <0.05). The levels of Hcy and EPO in the soft plaque rent and mixed plaque group were higher than those in the hard plaque group (P <0.05) in patients with ischemic stroke. By Pearson univariate analysis, serum Hcy, EPO levels and CIMT was positively correlated (p <0.05). The changes of serum Hcy and EPO levels in patients with ischemic stroke and its relationship with carotid atherosclerosis are closely related. The serum Hcy and EPO levels can reflect the stability of plaque.
