苏府〔2011〕63号各市、区人民政府,苏州工业园区、苏州高新区管委会;市各委办局,各直属单位:《关于进一步加快发展现代服务业的若干政策意见》已经市政府第66次常务会议审议通过,现印发给你们,请结合实际,认真贯彻执行。关于进一步加快发展现代服务业的若干政策意见为进一步转变经济发展方式,促进现代服务业跨越发展,加快形成“三二一”产业格局,特提出如下政策意见:一、促进重点领域加快发展(一)制定《苏州市现代服务业鼓励投资指导目录》(以下简称《目录》)。对符合《目录》的项目,在行业准入、土地供应、资金支持等方面给予重点倾斜。

Opinions on Several Policy Suggestions for Further Accelerating the Development of Modern Service Industry In order to further transform the mode of economic development and promote the leapfrog development of modern service industry and speed up the formation of the “32-year-old” industrial pattern, the following policy suggestions are put forward: First, to speed up development in key areas (I) Formulate the Catalog for Encouraging Investment in Modern Services in Suzhou Municipality (hereinafter referred to as the Catalog). Projects that are in line with the “Catalog” should be given priority in areas such as industry access, land supply and financial support.
