企业社会责任是为了寻求更好的企业与社会之间关系的责任义务模式,涉及了人力资源、环境资源、劳动保障等方方面面,甚至在企业经营行为中财务运营中也占据了很大比重。随着企业社会责任的概念的逐步明朗化,许多企业推行社会责任相关的法律问题就此诞生。企业推行社会责任不仅仅是社会道德公益的问题,也需要完善相关法律法规规定,明确相关权利义务,才能从制度上筑起法律屏障,维护企业社会责任的安全稳定和健康发展。本文针对企业社会责任法律问题的情况,梳理了企业推行企业社会责任的要素,并针对这些要素提出了强化政府监督,建立规范体系,推行激励机制,实施救济措施等对策建议。
Corporate social responsibility is to seek a better mode of responsibility and responsibility for the relationship between business and society, involving human resources, environmental resources, labor and social security and other aspects, and even occupy a large part of the financial operations in business operations. With the gradual clarification of the concept of corporate social responsibility, the legal issues related to corporate social responsibility implemented by many enterprises were born. The promotion of social responsibility by enterprises is not only an issue of social morality and public welfare, but also needs to be improved with relevant laws and regulations and clear relevant rights and obligations in order to build a legal barrier from the system and safeguard the safe, stable and healthy development of corporate social responsibility. According to the situation of corporate social responsibility law, this paper sorts out the key elements of corporate social responsibility implementation and puts forward some countermeasures, such as strengthening government supervision, establishing regulatory system, promoting incentive mechanism and implementing relief measures.
